I happen to go up there last week for a friend of mine whose father passed away. Looking for a headstone wind up meeting this nice young. Very knowledgeable salesperson. I think her name was tanny unknown this place for a while and one of the reasons why my parents dealt with them years ago and also got their headstone there. My dad recently passed and after my aunt hadn’t had a stone for so long I wanted to make sure my dad was not without. Kelly was so speedy and detailed in ALL responses and options, and her patience goes without saying!! Day of ordering, we met with Mike. Again, the patience and professionalism was exceptional. Needless to say, we ordered the stone for my father, my aunt, and they’re doing the DOD etching for my second Aunts stone. So many beautiful choices. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the area!! This company engraved a previously placed stone with my brother's information. I also hired them to clean our family stones. The stones look beautiful and have been brought back to looking brand new. They got these jobs done quickly and to perfection!!

My brother passed 3 days before Christmas, and we were at Taylor on Dec 29th. The process was seamless, talking through what we wanted and the timeline for getting it in. We had time to decide, as the ground was frozen but Kelly and Tammy were EXCELLENT to work with. They gave us multiple drafts as we had changes to talk through and took all of our ideas to make a beautiful stone for my baby brother. My husband and I decided to do some preplanning during the pandemic since our 3 sons in their early 40’s haven’t lived here in a very long time. We want to make it easy for them and less stress when the time comes. Taylor Monument worked with us with design, lettering, and presented us with several ideas. Our stone was placed last week and we are so pleased with the outcome in the entire process. We highly recommend preplanning if possible and Taylor Monument to carry out your wishes.
